| Stephanie Schmaltz, Franchise Owner Central & South Palm Beach and North & Central Broward counties From 1991 to 2001, Stephanie worked for an aviation company in a human resources (HR) capacity. She performed functions in all areas of HR, including recruitment and selection, management practices, safety and health, training and development, compensation and benefits, performance management and employee relations. Stephanie is also a Certified Jazzercise Instructor and has been teaching up to 30 classes per month, including Junior Jazzercise. During this time, she completed her Bachelor of Health Services from Florida Atlantic University, in addition to earning her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification. She remains a member of the Human Resources Association of Broward County (HRABC), and is currently a member of the legislative and membership committees. CCC was the perfect business choice for Stephanie for two reasons. First of all, it allows her to utilize and maintain her HR skills and most importantly, she realizes from her experience with employees and with Jazzercise students, that quality child care is crucial to so many.
