The Warranty

At Sole Fitness, it's our job to ensure that a failure in your product is never the reason why your workout routine gets interrupted. That's why we have such a heavy focus on building a quality machine, from durable, long-lasting components. Our manufacturing process puts the emphasis on build quality above all else. Each unit from our production line is tested before being boxed, to limit out of box defects when the machine arrives at your home. We don't cut corners in manufacturing to try to save a buck, because we believe in the integrity of our brand, and we care as much about what happens after the sale, as before it.

That's why all of our units are backed by a true lifetime guarantee on things like motors and frames. Even our multi-year guarantees on parts and labor are included at no cost to the customer. It's important to read the fine print on any warranty. Many companies offer warranties, but, they only cover what they consider to be "manufacturers manufacturing defect". What's the point of coverage if it doesn't cover actually using the product? Sole Fitness is one of the only companies to offer true "wear and tear" coverage. You shouldn't be penalized if you are within your warranty period and you need a part replaced, simply because you wore it out through normal use. The Service Process

If you ever need warranty work, simply call our service center. All of our technicians are based in the United States, and have a wealth of knowledge when it comes to our products. They have direct access to production models, and can resolve many issues over the phone with some basic troubleshooting.

If the technician quickly identifies that your issue will need a hands-on approach, we will dispatch a local technician from our nationwide network of independent service providers. We will also ship any parts that may be needed for the job directly to you. As long as you live within a few hours of any reasonably sized city, we will have local techs in your area. The average turnaround time from the moment you make your first call, until your unit is back up to factory standards, is about 5 days.

In the rare and unlikely event that a local tech deems the unit non-field repairable, and you are still under warranty, we will cover 100% of any cost involved in getting it repaired at the next level, and you won’t ever have to open your wallet.
